Will a 120w ecolight CFL be good for Keeping mothers and rooting 10 clones?

Want to build another grow room for 3 mothers and to root 10 clones like every month.. Are those 120w ecolight CFL's strong enough to keep this many plants? thankks

you need some light on the moms like a250w MH would do the job
