Attitude: Order (Issue)

Anyone ever had a similar problem with Attitude?

I recently placed an order costs (£80/$130) and only received the seeds and not the T-Shirt which was selected in the shipping method - including a £12 seed selection which was damaged (crushed).
I've tried to make contact but they don't seem very interested with replying. I wouldn't usually care to much, but with the total being almost £20 wasted I wanted to ask.

i have never had a problem with attitude and some that do say they really try to take care of you if your not happy...i would try emailing them again or maybe try another email...just tell them what happened attach some pics to show them or something...anyways good luck...

I've tried multiple times to contact Attitude about the missing and damaged items, and they still don't seem interested with replying.
Looks like I may need to find a new seedbank which is more reliable for future orders.

ya these day's it seems like they have so many order's that rachel who seem's to be there only custermer sevice person just dont have time or so many e-mails to go through she can't help but what ever speedy seed's is next for me i like that i can talk to him right on this site

Sorry to hear man I just ordered 3 different orders from them and got mine within 10 days, I cant say the same for BC BUD depot ordered same day I am still waiting on them to ship. I dont mean to make fun but at first I thought you were pissed that you didnt get the T shirt. I only order from Attitude for the pic and mix as I havent had any luck finding anyone selling single seeds that delivers to US even though they all say worldwide and display US dollar prices.

they sell singles and they ship everywhere. there are threads on RIU about them too.
I have had real good luck with them.................but so has alot of folks with attitude but i will go with the thread starter and stay away from bad customer service.

This is understandable should they only have 1 person which deals with emails.
My original message was forwarded almost a week ago, so I think the time needed for even a reply as been given.

I think the damaged seed would have atleast been protected should they have included it.

Nevermind. I'll have to leave it and move on with another seedbank.

They deal with all payments first, at best you will only get a response from them once every 24 hours. Rachel answers all the emails, it takes some time. If you ordered the t- shirt you are guaranteed to have your order replaced for free. I don't even pay for the stealth method and I get all of my orders from them and I have never had any seeds crushed because I was smart enough to choose the DVD option. Their customer service has been above outstanding with me, received multiple orders in just the last couple of weeks.

I also noticed this thread started on the 15th, I hope you know they have been closed since Friday at 4pm. They don't open again until Monday, I hope you're not expecting a response between now and then.

they are just random shirts with random designs.


Mine was bright blue with a orange tribal design lol

Dude, fucking call them! It isn't that hard. They're phone# is on the website. They are very helpful and they want to do right by their customers.

Just because they haven't responded to your email yet doesn't mean they don't care or they are trying to screw you.

I've used attitude countless times now and have been happy each time. Their customer relations person (Rachel) is very nice, but is probably a bit overwhelmed being the only person responding to customer emails. You think you're the only one to email them about something?

CALL THEM and speak with someone before you go saying how much they suck.

This is a good point...remember they are in the UK so they are at least 4 hours ahead of the US. Call when they're open.

I ordered in July and got my t-shirt and seeds within ten days.....New order with a mug on Dec. 23rd 2009...Still havn't received that order.Hope it's because of the holidays but it's been along time.Will call them tomorrow

My order was on the 1st and I received on the 11th with a decent T shirt with a Bull on it. Seeds already begun the journey and the plan is to have some purple and kush for 4/20 I have never smoked either and want this one to be special
