Aeroponics or fogger system?

Right now i am experimenting with a DWC system i made and loving it, so i am thinking about advancing to a Aero or fogger system but i don't know which to chose. I still am using general nutrients i bought at home depot (miracle grow) which i am thinking changing that and upgrading to a HPS instead of my CFLS will make a significant change.

What do you guys think i should go for a homemade aero system or a fogger?

If i want fogger i would probably find a cheap humidifier to create the "fog", anyone have any suggestions?

Don't buy a humidifier...read up on ultrasonic transducers. You can get them on eBay for a pretty low price (<$40 for most 1-head transducers). Essentially what these do is "vibrate" your nute/water solution into a mist, which then surrounds and penetrates the root mass. You basically just put the transducer (with proper float) into your reservoir, and voila, it turns it to dry fog (~5 microns). Make sure you buy one with teflon-coated heads though. The other ones have been reported to collect scale from the nutes.
