Seeing as you using cfls i see i would position the lights lower , closer to the plants so they will have more light

just a random suggestion place one light below the plant at almost ground level just to cut down on stretching

Hey. How are the plants doin? Did you move those lights closer? Like about an inch or two away from the plants?
