roots going nuts

Growing in Rockwool and Hydroton. My roots are shooting out of the bottom of my 10 in flower pots and starting to spread out along the bottom of the tray. Should I transplant in bigger container? or will they be fine

Thanks, was not sure if I would develop root problems with them being exposed to light and shit

just make sure the solution they're sitting in is clean and fresh
