Watering less for more crystals?

I have some plants in back of room i kinda ignore. but i noticed their crystals are so much more pronounce and look like diamonds comapred tot he ones i water regualalryl

anyone find this to be a good idea NOT to water so frequanlty to increase crystals?

ive heard of holding off water and light right before harvest to stress into tric production , stress during the grow will take away from the bud production

I wish someone woulda have popsted this... i may hold off on watering the rets of my plants now, bc the ones i ignored liike like snow capped mountains!

Are they all the same strain? If not, it could just be the genetics of those plants you have in the back there.

well, for starters, how long have you been doing the unfair watering, and how far away from harvest are you?

second... how are the plant sizes compared to the ones you water frequently.

third... are they all the same strain taken from clone from the same mother?

nice post tho, it makes sense...

another thing is, are they all under the same lights? ive heard that uv light makes them make more crystals because the crystals protect the leaf.

answer those 4, and lets isolate the variable....

im no expert but i have read lots of the threads on this site and thats basically what people with 1000s of posts have said.

good advice.

also i have read that in the final 2 weeks of the flower period you should try to lower the humidty to around 20-30% its makes the plant produce tighter buds with more resin.

great...

because until those 4 are answered, you haven't isolated the variable, and we dont know the tradeoffs like plant size differences, etc.

You can also decrease the overall temp of the room and that will increase resin gland production. All the trichs do for the plant is protect it from harsh Fall like environments.

Oh, and get you high.

what a selfish fool...

guy starts a thread, gets our interest, we try to help him, so we ask a couple questions, and instead of approaching it scientifically so we can figure out the best way...

he jsut walks away.

WHats the point of starting a thread and asking a question if you yourself cant answer a simple question about your setup.
