How can you tell the difference between Indica seeds and Sativa seeds?

I don't think so. Gotta grow them to see. At least I have seen no evidence indicating differences in seed characteristics.

I read your whole post and it was great but you didn't mention anything at all about the differences between their respective seeds.
You can't tell anything by looking at a seed, some are silver, some are brown, some have stripes. I even had some cheese seeds once that were orange and green.

So it's definitely not the case that Indica seeds are for instance striped while Sativa seeds are solid brown or something distinctive like that?

Seeds don't talk. Well, that's not true. The darker ones with more pronounced tiger stripes are more likely to be healthy, but that's all they say. The rest is a waiting game.

I LOVE THAT GAME!!!!!!!

They have different accents. Sativa has more of a jamacian slur to it whereas indica cant pronounce the "ch" sound. Sativas are not as lazy as indicas either.
