i spent 60 fuckin dollars on nirvana's short rider seeds, they al germinated fine but NONE of them will sprout out of the ground, they have been planted for 5 days now, usually seeds sprout for me in 2-3 days!!!

does anyone know if it is possible to either get my money back from attitude, or if there is a way i can get new seeds!!!!

i would blame nirvana over attitude though really.. they just distribute the seeds they get.. they are not the ones making the seeds. also, most companies will not discuss germination or anything to that means because of mj being illegal in the states. maybe if you live in a med state you could argue with em, but they state they sell seeds strictly for novelty.. not germination. also, i know if you claim to have damaged seeds you need to send them back then once they get them they will re send them.. good luck with everything though!

They germinated but didn't sprout? Sorry dude but I would guess it is your fault not theirs
They germinated so obviously they are good seeds, you must have planted them too deep or something
Sorry bro

I got OG Kush seeds from attitude and they were from Reserva Privada who sent me new seeds. You have to make a strong case why it was a problem with the seeds. And you have to be mature and friendly. BTW, I don't see it as attitude's problem, and I don't expect much from Nirvana.

That's what I was about to say, they germinated which means they were viable. My money is on inexperience. How long have you been growing?

I'm getting great results and good prices on seeds from Barney's Farm through Attitude. That's all I'm going to be buying for the forseeable future.

5 days may be a bit short i'd give it until ten and then send them back, maybe there just a bit on the slow side, ive never personally had to wait that long but i've read people on here who have buddy.

Tell me what u would do after u germinate....

Cuz I put them in the little peter pot things, and put them under my light. It is a 150 watt hps but people on this site already told me it was fine to do.. They are almost 2 feet away from them.
once you have the taproot and you plant it in your medium they need to stay moist just like when u germinated them until they pop out of the soil. Using a HID isnt really necessary unless you have low temps, it's wasting your electricity and possibly drying out your soil. Especially small pots they dry out quickly. If you have them under a humididome or are constantly misting the medium you will be okay. Im pretty sure that if the the seed dries out during this process it will die but im not positive on that. Anyways just get a smaller lkight for smaller seedlings, really they don't need any light to sprout but once they do they need it.

I have been growing Barney's LSD and like it a lot. Frankly I wouldn't bother sending anything back, it would be a waste of time. We all make mistakes. Once a seed germinates, there is no real scientific basis for saying it is the seed's fault if it doesn't sprout.

I had ordered seeds from nirvana for my first time a couple of weeks ago. Purchased femd white widow only germd 3 b/c i also had 2 train wreck and i germed 2 of there freebies everythings going good the freebies seem kinda slow growing but there doing well. For my first experience with nirvana i would say its a good one unless the white widows turn male then I will be mad.

cuz they grew tails.... i germed in paper towels then planted, and they never sprouted i aint dumb i know what im doin... u know
Oh yeah! I think that method is the problem... transferring the delicate sprouts into the soil you probably either contaminated them, or broke/crushed them.

Keep wet in soil wetttt! my seed take up 7 - 8 days some times to pop up just keep wet.If they don't sprout in a few day let me now. they should sprout. Bite back had same prob with auto flowers and they finally sprouted so be patient and good luck bro.

I got a bad batch of nirvana seeds before, but I got them directly from nirvana. I sent them an email letting them know I got a bad batch, not expecting to hear from them. Two days later i got a return email and she said she would send me out a replacement batch! I only shop at nirvana, why buy there seeds from a third party?

This makes total sense. So how did you plant them?

And like it's been said before, 5 days just may not be long enough for these particular seeds. Patience.. patience..

Earlier last year around feb. if I remember correctly. I had the same issue, I germinated in paper towels and planted them after they cracked and they never sprouted, I reordered the same seeds cause I really wanted those strains but the exact same thing happened and I was stupified It happened after I ordered the seeds for the 3rd time. 3 times they all cracked but never sprouted once they were in soil. I racked my brain for days and researched everything possible and found out what my problem was and most people never think of it.

A lot of paper towl companies use chemicals (including bleech) to make their paper products to strengthen the products and other stuff. Once the seed cracks and water goes in it kills the embryo i'm assuming. I found out that most shop rags are chemical free. I use scotts shop rags (the disposable thick paper towel like rags), never had any problems since then when I grew from seed. Hope my story helps :-P

One point no one has mentioned is that if your fingers touch the tap root it can potentially kill it. I've heard of that happening more then once and have had it happen to me before.
