So i really shouldn't LST? maybe 12.12. fu%#. I need help.

My setup:
18 gal tub rubbermaid, 3 bagseed roughly 20 days in veg. I wanted to veg for 20 day and start lsting and continue lsting into flower. but now I found some information that LST during flower will be quite some stress to be inducing during flower. They're rought 2 or 3 inches, ive only LSt'd one so far. I've flipped my lights to 12.12 tho, so no more veg.

So Im asking is how bad, from someone with expierience in LST, is it to continue tieing down the babies?

Its safe. I leave the ties on my plant during flower just in case it tries to straighten out. (small space)
But yeah, it should be safe. Its different from topping (hst or high stress training)
Thats why it's called lst. It wont cause to much stress on it.

agreed. The whole point of lst is to keep an even canopy and reduce plant height while causing only minimal stress. They are going to stretch like crazy during the first three weeks of flower and this is when lst is going to be very beneficial. Go ahead and keep tying those puppies down.

I don't know about tying down the actual bud. Usually people just tie down the branch that the bud is growing on. You could probably tie down the new growth but just be careful.

it is safe to bend them i do that and the super cropping tech to and i am 4 weeks in to flowering not a prob.

That pic I posted on your other thread was all done during flowering. The thing you have to watch for is kinks. If you don't bend it so far that the stem kinks, the vascular system will remain undamaged and the plant will grow as usual. It's when the plant has to fix itself dute to cutting/breking/kinking that it will undergo stress.
