PH questions

[new kid on the block]

I have a couple of feminized white widow seedlings going in 6" pots under a CFL array, but they're coming slowly. I've trouble-shot light and heat issues and aerated the soil a bit more, and the last go-round in this forum suggested maybe some PH issues. I have one that's in the low 6s, and one that's right around 7, so I'm wondering what I may need to do to tweak the both of them nearer to that magic 6.5. Any thoughts...?

wut kinda wattage you runn on those cfls? the bigger they are the farther they should be from the plant some of them get really hot n hgofhw fasr away are the lights from the plants,

I have four 26W daylight and a 40 W daylight arrayed around two plants, with a couple other 26s above the array...

the 40's that i had ran pretty hot and had to stay at about 7-10 inchs away from the plants to prevent heat stress, how far you got your lamps away?
