I was actually asking Debbie, but no biggie. Glad it germinated. Just stick em straight in soil next time, water and mist the top of the soil as days go by if necessary.

Why waste 24 hours in a cup of water, when it could be in the soil already absorbing water from the soil? Its pretty hard to fuck up this method, and in 3-5 days you have sprouts

yea, so far i think just goin straight in soil is best, plus theres no climate change during germination that way, which is probably why my taproot went up instead of down once i put it in soil without it showing

I too got that seed from Attitude........the LA Woman didn't germinate and neither did the others I purchased.

somehow i think that time is slowed down on my little shotglass starter and nothing else, as when i flipped it the taproot was almost an inch, and yet it still has not broken the surface

bro im kinda confused as to how your seed is.

when it sprouts make sure you plant your seed with the roots going down lol it kinda sounds like you planted it upwards.

the paper towel method is what i always use. i've had sprouts last from 2 days to 1 week and a half. i was also going insane. good luck with your plant.

oh okay. thats right. just give it time. i didn't place my seedlings until the 2 tiny leaves showed up. i would even take the seed thing off when i could see that it was about to grow out of it. you might still be able to remove it from the soil and place it in paper towel but idk. it might ruin it.

yea im definitely gonna leave it in the soil, theres no reason to take it out cus its not like soil is slower at this point - especially because the mix has a good bit of vermiculite to hold moisture - will keep yall posted, as of now its been 3 going on 4 days since i found the taproot and repositioned it down - still no sprout, time=molasses

What a sad story, i hope it doesn't take this long for me. I'm on my first grow and I planted 4 seeds at 2am (25 hours ago) and anxiously awaiting sprouts. I didn't germinate them. They are just in moist/wet soil, 1/2 inch beneath the surface and all four are under a 10500 lumen bulb, 10 inches away. Sorry if this is the beginning of a hijack

okay what the fuck, anyone not think that is is ridiculous? its been so damn long since it germinated, and still has not sprouted

tomorrow i think im goin in and diggin her up to see what's goin on - more seeds on the way in the mail
