what medium are you growing in? looks like coco coir.
If so, I had the same problem when I tried coco with seedlings. Really hard to give seedlings the right amount of moisture and nutes in coco. You have to pre treat it and even then its still rough I found.
I'd recommend transplanting into fresh soil. Mine recovered wonderfully 1 day after transplanting. I use Pro-Mix HP with no problems. If you can get Fox Farm Ocean Forest locally that stuff is very popular as well. This is assuming that you are using coco.
Having said that your plant doesn't look too bad. Could just be over watering and/or the beginning of a deficiency. It looks like there are small spots starting on the leaves which from what ive read could be ca-mg def which is common in coco. if you wish to stay with coco I would give them a 1/4 strength feed make sure they get some ca-mg and make sure you are at a ph of around 6.0 also check your medium once or twice daily for moisture. poke your finger 1 inch deep on top and check the bottom as well. They like a good dry-out period, but keep in mind coco does dry out very quickly. I found it almost impossible to hand water.

Not sure what CoCo is..? iam just using a miracle grow soil found at home depot.... i will grab another pot and transplant it with some better soil tomorrow...

oo im sorry i was under the impression that this early in the stage it's too young for nutes. But thanks i will start a 1/4 gently adding it in!!

i would recommend getting either BioBizz nutrients or advanced nutrients iguana juice grow also biobizz all-mix soil is really good soil also fox farm happy frog. Those soils contain a good amount of nutrients that will last for several weeks sometimes more but then you're going to have to feed them. Just remember less is more.

you may just want to hold off on the nutes until the plant is about 3 weeks old. At this stage they really dont need them. There should be plenty of nutrients in any soil you add for a seedling. those small leaves will likely die and fall off and that is fine. they are just there to absorb light until the true leaves start forming.

No. You need to go to a hydroponic store. Go to Google Maps on google.com and type in hydroponics plus where you live like the city and hopfully there is one near you that carry those brands.

I am a first time gardener.. the babies are not lookin good.. leaves are curling and little yellow.. Nuts are only at 1/2 dose..any suggestions?? Appreciate it..

you need them why you think those leaves are turning yellow I havent asked you what your soil was or nor what week you we're in but i can say its something I've went thur in my beginning days and even now and then when I change soil,you need nutes I can see myselfok thanks! i will get the nutes prepared for next week.. just dont want those leaves turning yellow fast

To those asking.....do not give a young plant any nutes until they are at least 6" tall and healthy. 1/4 strength fert is likely to kill that little plant, and if not, it'll stress it. Even that crappy MG soil has enough nutes in it for more than 2 weeks of growth, so nutes are a no-no.

loleveryones telling him to give a seedling nutes? thats great you want him to kill his plant lmao, ya dude your plants fine those bottom leaves will die and just fall off dont worry, along with a few more leaves most likely after awhile u wont really be able to notice if theres nayhting wrongwith it until around 3 weeks

Plants didnt die YET haha still looking good.. Probably going to transplant it after this weekend hearing that my miracle grow soil isnt any damn good! haha i ordered 2 86 watt 5k full spec bulbs from 1000bulbs.com and im gonna replace my current low wattage bulbs (4 16=60watt home depot bulbs) with those bigger ones.. i have 2 40 watt flourscent tubes as well) i will post pictures later today or tomorow with update.. i wanna get this down before i need seeds arrive so i can get a nice lil grow going!

It's always funny to me to watch people do two things:
1. Use WAY too many nutes
2. Use Miracle-Gro
Just like another person said, nutes aren't necessary in the beginning of a grow. The soil already has nutes in it to begin with, enough nutes that will last for a few weeks, up to a month in some cases. THEN, you can add more nutes and start making the big buds.
Miracle Gro, really? Why do people keep using that?
I guess it's cheap and things like Advanced Nutrients aren't at Wal-Mart. LOL.
Really though, use nutes and soils that are made for MMJ. No sense in using anything else, unless you want to make more headaches for yourself. I mean, if you want to, that's cool. I just don't like to set myself up for problems.
Get anything but Miracle Gro. It's just crap.
I've been using Advanced Nutrients in a hydro setup for a while now - no problems, great harvests time and time again.
Really, can't go wrong.
