I get a 400 watt HPS if your have good ventilation.

If only seen mylar in one color.

well i saw mylar that was black, white, or like a chrome color...whats the best?

oh yeah and im only pulling like 70 cfm with my current exhaust..it was kind of just a quick/cheap buy...would it be a bad idea to get the 400 watt?

Check into an air-cooled 400 hps, and yeah mylar is chrome looking.
