Reuben sandwich is corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian or Thousand Island dressing..on grilled or toasted rye bread. very tasty

BUT a better sandwich that I just remembered was constructed at Ted's buffalo grill in Ft. Myers.

Basically it is the ultimate buffalo burger and it's called the kitchen sink: choice of bread and meat(I picked buffalo), a fried egg, big ass slice of ham, a layer of cheese, bacon, mushrooms, and onions. there may be more i'm forgetting but THAT was one hell of a sandwitch

mayonnaise is also bomb on artichokes. with some melted butter mmmmmhmmm

and it's true, paninis are basically the emperors of sandwich land. baguettes are pretty good too but they hurt my mouth after a while!

the best sandwich would have to be my usual from Primanti Brothers (imfamous resturaunt from Pittsburgh area) Capicolla add egg: Two thick peices of italian bread with a thick helping of grilled capicolla (spicy ham) and melted provolone cheese. On top of that add a fried egg, special coleslaw( special because it uses italian dressing as opposed to the usual slaw flavoring) and a generous helping of handcut frenchfries on that. Add a 20oz draft and a Steelers game and I'm goooood.

i might have to go to pittsburgh just purely so i can try that bad boy out, looks like one of the tastiest things i may ever have seen!

well the ruben sounds interesting to say the least but that kitchen sink is getting made soon as i get to the supermarket haha. fried eggs are fucking ace in sandwiches, specially with the yolk runny

so i had a small case of the munchies and i got to thinking how ace sandwiches are. they're amazing.

there must be a lot of experience with strange combos on a site for tokers and growers so let's be having ya; what are the best sandwich fillings of all time?

now there's nothing wrong with a a nice chicken or ham salad, cheese and pickle or cheese and tomato, BLT, roast beef with a nice helping of gravy in there too.

but these are all pretty mundane sandwiches and i'm looking for ideas that are just a little bit interesting or surprising.

currently i'm having a bacon & brie panini with stilton and little slices of apple through it - hell yes.
