Mother Plants or No Mother Plants

I have heard different things about the subject. While doing a SOG grow that you plan on maintaining is it ok to use the clipping you take when you prune the bottom 6" of the plants or use mother plants. Asking as space has become an issue and dont know if I'll be able to have a separate area for mother plants. I plan on doing a 40 plant aeroponics. And doing clones in a box under 24hr fluorescent. May have been asked and answered b4 but was just looking for some opinions.

Are you asking if its ok to take a cutting and make a mother plant out of it? If you like the plant your taking the cutting from then yes. I am unsure if this is what your asking, maybe I am just stoned. I swear I have read your post 5-6 times and I cant tell what your asking or saying lol sorry man

I think hes meaning somthing like a no mothers method where you keep taking clones from your pre flowering plants and so on .

It dont matter where you take the cuttings from... Git er Done

Ok cool. YeaH i was refering to taking the clones from the sog and not having mothers but thanks for the input. I was kinda stoned when I wrote it too. LOL

If you have a veg room you don't need mothers.Just take cutting always before 12/12 and you should be able to reproduce.Without a mother plant taking up space.Oregon024
