well its most likely ak47 so i dont think its strain. And my temp varies, the lowest i think it has been is 65F, and max is 80F, but 90% of the time its in the 70's.all my plant have had purple stems no big deal its either strain or it might be to cold in the grow room
Could also be signs of a nitrogen def as well, but doesn't sound it for you.i have 5 different party cups right now all different strains and 2 have purple stems all in the same environment. Purple stems are a regular thing and just have to do with the individual plant I wouldnt worry about it
Got a baby 2 1/2 weeks old with purple stems and im usin flouros. Wouldn't be suprised if i was the light. This might sound weird, but ever since I recently switched back to fluoros for veg, I got purple stems on all three strains. No fert, no nothing. When i had them under HPS and MH, they were nice and green, so i figure it has to be the lights. Also, the leaves are alot darker green, wider, and much healthier looking. They're only a couple weeks old right now, so i don't know if they'll grow out of it, but i can tell you that they are healthy as hell. It's not a problem, in my case, so i hope your's is similar.
