How to grow marijuana????

I am thinking about growing a plant in my basement, I cant have a fan going becuase i dont want to run up the electrical bill, also do the lights cost alot to run them? Tell me if this sounds right, soak the seeds in water for a day then plant and water, spray with water and water when dry, but what about the lights, where do i put them and what kind of lights are they, how many pots do i need and where can i get the seeds, i only want to grow one, if i keep all the doors shut in my basment will the smell leak out?

Waldo you have much to learn, if you are worried about bills this may not be for you

You will spend 10 times more than you thought initially with setup items to get you garden going so do some reading

Make a list of items you will meed then put a price next to it so you can plan out your spending and see if this is the thing for you

For me, I will grow better medicine than another person I know and I know what I am feeding my plants something you will never find out from a person you are getting it from and it is much cheaper in the long run
