Hey yo's, this is my second grow journal. I decided to order some afghan kush ryder, easyryder and super lemon haze seeds from singleseedcenter.com.

This grow is going to be 1 - AkR and 1 - EzR.
Grow room: 2x3x6' white poly, 400w hps w. kooltube, fresh air intake.
I'm using a hempy bucket setup i made and incorporated auto watering. The medium is 2/3 perlite, 1/3 vermiculite.
Im probably gong to use monster bloom as my bloom nute.

Right now I have the AkR sprouted in rockwool for 3 days now under 20h light 4h dark under cfl light, and the easyryders taproot just came out today.

Rockwools ph is 6.0 and so is the water in my reservoir and my hand watering water. Feel free to comment and subscribe.:leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf:

Thanks gumball, it should be once it gets rolling better.

Well the AkR is doing good and coming along. The EzR isnt doing as well, once the tap root popped out about 1cm it didnt grow anymore for 24 hours, so put it into ph'd rockwool and have been keeping it evenly damp with no sign of it sprouting.. Im gonna give it a few more days to pop, untill I start germinating the other EzR seed.

niiice. by the way.. your last grow came out nice!! i was wonderin if u could post some pics of the finished product.. just a pic or 2 of a bud?? and i cant wait to follow this journal.. im really excited cuz im gonna grow some autos pretty soon.. ive hear dnothin but good things about them.. the auto AK-47 is the one i wanna grow. ill deff be checkin this shit out. im starting my white widow grow.. well i started like 3 days ago.. good luck!!

I'll be checkin up on your posts too man, I also just started 2 AKRs'. Just germed today, and planted them. Got them under the 150w hps 2 2700k CFLS and 1 6500K CFL and 2 4FT flourescents both cool white. Planning on only using Big Bloom for nutes after 4 weeks or so. Heard many mixed things about these akr's. Can't wait to give them a go myself. I'm fairly new to the forums, been reading awhile, but just recently signed up. This will be my 2nd grow, my first was just some bagseed. But I finally ordered from attitude. So your keeping yours on 20/4 ok, heard some mixed reviews some told me 18/6 was the way to go, but 20/4 for maximum yield. They said 150-200. I just bought this hps though, I was a CFL grower. How close should I be keeping it to the plants at all times ?

my lights are 20/4, its supposed to be the best for these things so why wouldn't you.. i think you should keep a 150w hps like a foot away, make sure theres air flow between the plants and the light as well. when your sprout let me know if your stems are purple lol peace:leaf:

Just checked in on my little girls, same thing as you bro, purple stems. I been reading along on these guys found a couple grows, they say it's that "kush" characteristic ? I never grew any kush before, or knew anybody who did. Can't wait to see what we get out of these, everybody has mixed reviews.

good about the stems lol i wansnt worried tho. I read all i could find on the AkR and it is mixed reviews, but im sure itll work out it seems liek a strong little plant

cooool. im bout to go check them out now!! and as far as you =r stems bein purple.. it may be because of temps... i know thats the case with big/bigger plants.. if the temos drop too low your stems and even your buds can turn purple, which is a pretty cool trick if you want your buds to turn purple. you can see an example of this if you look in my WH=hite Widow journal.. i think its on the 2nd page, but Joe Camel purposely dropped his temps to turn his white widow purple.. it looks really cool. but ur plants are lookin great so far. ughh .. im so jealous. i wanna grow autos!!

ya i figure the purple is strain related, my temps are good and under constant observation. I really wanted to grow auto for a while so Im pretty excited for these things. these fuckin EzR seeds didnt look as good as any of the other ones i got but hopefully this one germs.:leaf:

Here is a little inspiration for you. This was my Easyryder that i had growing in a 3.5 gallon DWC system with a 400 watt hps. I clipped her at 2 different times and pulled about 140-150 grams dried out of her (didn't weigh the second clip and i used most of the second clip for hash). After the first clipping i pulled a little over 90 grams. The picture was 3 days curring so there was still a small amount of moisture left in the stems. Good luck on your grow.

Yeah after seeing that you my as well wait it out. Good shit on the easyryder bro lookin nice. I'm thinking about poppin my 3rd kush ryder in the mix just to get it out of the way. Can't wait for the summer to grow this free L.A woman outside. 600 g's of dank ? WELL DAMNNNN. You guys got any ideas in mind for your next auto grow ? I know it's a little early but I am already thinkin ahead :bigjoint:

I still wana grow some easyryders fuck, or diesel ryder. my next grow is gonna be 2 feminized super lemon haze mothers and im gonna clone the shit out of em.

You mind if I jump on board on this thread? I'm running a mystery grab bag of seeds from a friend of mine under a 400w HPS, mostly of the indi hybrid class: trainwreck, afghan, and some humbolt indica hybrids. Still have to sex em so I'm a ways behind you.
What kind of bulb you running? I got a Hortilux enhanced spectrum. I'd like to compare notes if you're running a different one and see if the extra dough was worth it.

ya man hope on i dont mind. idk what bulb im running, i had the box but its hiding or i tossed it. start a journal for your grow man i wana see some pics
