Mystery Dutch Strain and Bagseed Grow

my first grow was in my bedroom cupboard. and my fluro setup was in the space where the dishwasher goes in the kitchen. getting something else sorted for the fluros soon. not sure what.
do what you have to, within reasin, to get the result.

hey guys, hows the smoke?

like i said here are some pics. they are not of the quality i was hoping. still using my shitty camera. this is pretty much the same as the post i put on the aussie thread.

the first pic is of my new additions. the 2 on the left are more rhino, the same as the first cross i got, the 2 on the right look more widow. they are young so time will tell.
the second pic is the first cross. it took a beating when it first went under the hps. it is bouncing back just fine now.
the third pic is the white widow, it is going great guns. the only thing i am not looking forward to with this plant is the long flower.
the fourth pic is of the last main shoot that i was going to top last night, but when i got to it i noticed that the top had split in 2 and the 2 lower shoots had grown to be the same hieght as the 2 on the top. so being that it has 4 colas naturaly, i left it alone.
the last three pics are of 3 shoots that i topped last night. i topped a total of 6 shoots. with another 2 weeks veg i hope to see some good growth from the lower branches.

hopefully i can get a better camera tomorrow and some better pics. the camera i have wont allow me to get good close up shots.

Hi 8, the little ones are looking happy and the big ones are looking good... A couple more weeks veg that you want to do, will do wonders, it doesn't look like they will stretch like mine so you may as well keep on veggin... You will notice a huge difference in the plants in a couple of days now you are running 800 watts...

i have been running at 800watts for the full 18hr 3 days now. there is a noticable change in the bigger 3 plants already. i cant wait for the seedlings to really take off. i am hand watering the 4 new ones at the moment, untill i can get to bunnings tomorrow and get more hose for feeding. i have another pump that is stronger, so i am going to use that and just split the feeding hoses to all 6 plants. it means i am going to be topping up the res for that system lots. it holds 20ltrs and it is feedind 6 plants. i need to reconfigure my entire setup before flowering.

hey nice grow, just wondering wont those 4 seedlings get there roots tangled in the same tray? I dont use clay balls, as I have had poor success with them, how often do you water with them, I think mine were getting feed to often? I want to give the clay pellets another run though as Im sure it was something I was doing wrong.

i will be putting those 4 WWxWR seedlings into thier own pots soon. waiting for new tent. i am thinking of putting dividers inbetween the 4. probably do that tomorrow.

as for the hydroton(clay balls), its water retention isnt the best. make sure you rinse,rinse,rinse and rinse again.

my big ones are on 15 minute feeds every 3 hours and at the moment i am feeding the little ones for 3 minutes every 3 hours. i have spent the morning setting up auto feeding for all 6 little ones. i am increasing that by 1 minute per feed every 2 days untill i get them up to 15 minute feeds. with only 12 days to flower i may have to get them up to full feeds by then. see how it goes.

You are coming along nicely, adding more equipment and stuff every week, its really encouraging to other growers...It shows you don't have tospend an absolute fortune but a good tent and great lighting makes a huge difference, you are going to get such a nice yield... Can't wait to see what the Bagseed does...

sorry there are no more photos atm. i am picking up a camera tonight, so hopefully later tonight.
the big girls are really starting to go nuts. i need to spread my system out a bit and give them more room.
the seedlings that i got from lacygirl are looking awesome. i really hope that they get heaps bigger in the next 10 days. they are going into 12/12 on the 12th. i hope i get at least 2 females. i want the white widow and at least one of the crossbreeds to be chicks. not too long now.

the first 4 pics are of the crossbreeds. the next pics is of the widow. there is a couple of pics of my big girls too. they are going spastic in there. i need the seedlings to really grow so i can go into flower with the clones and bagseed.
i am still on the hunt for a camera. what a joke.

Wow 8, they look soooo good.. Well done!!! Your little ones look heaps different to mine, I think its cause a) you lights are further away and b) have stretched a little which is a good thing... When are you going to turn down... I reckon you would be right to go in a week, by the looks of your crossbreeds... They should be fine for sexing then. Your photos look fine..

i topped 12 branches on the 2 clones last night. the topping i did the other night worked a treat. there are so many tops now. i am going to count them tomorrow arvo when the light is on. the problem with my camera is that with a brand new set of betteries i can only get 6-7 pics and they die.

hey guys, quick update. my big girls are going nuts. i did a rough count on the 2 clones and there will be over 50 colas between the 2 plants. i am a true believer in topping.

my little girls are now on 10 minute feeds every 3 hours. they are really taking off now except for one little slow poke. it has shown real improvement over the last 24 hours. depending on how the little one grows over the next day, i am thinking of turning to 12/12 tomorrow. if not then the next day at the latest. i need to sex the seedlings and get a crossbreed mother going.

the bagseed also needs sexing. but i am pretty sure it is all good with that one. i got a real good feeling about that staunch little thing.

sorted out my camera problem. i am getting one tomorrow. so that means lots of pics coming soon.

Hey 8E what temp do your plants sit in and if i put my thermometer in between the plants and have a fan blowing on the plants and therm.. constantly will it give me the correct temp of my cupboard?

my thermometer is at th e hieght of the top of the tallest plant. it sits at 29 degrees most of the day a little higher in the middle of the day on hot days. i amrunning an old bonair evap cooler on the girls the whole time the lights are on and the humidity is steady around 60-70%. i had real difficulty maintaining good temps in my cupboard but the best thing i got was the evap cooler.
as for the 50+ colas, 3 rounds of topping, the first at 3 weeks of a 5 week fluro veg, the second a week ago and the third 2 nights ago.

hey man thanks for checking in on my grow.
the burn was from when i first got them on an auto feeding system. i increased the feed times by 1 min a day at first, but now i am adding 2 mins a day will no ill effects as yet. i am keeping a very close eye on these girls both big and small. my first grow was a flop due to root rot. live and learn and move on to bigger and better things i say.
its good to see ppl keeping an eye on me. hope to see you around. rep+

hi guys hows the smoke? i thought the camera i was getting was better but its about the same only the batteries last longer. i am going to do a video and post it tomorrow when the lights are back on, i think that will show my girls better.

well the first 3 pics are of the big girls. then the crossbreeds and the next 2 are of the first crossbreed that i got. then there is 2 of the white widow and another of the 4 crossbreeds. the last pic is of my bros plant 2 weeks into flower. it is the same strain as the 2 clones that i have.

i turned the lights down to 12/12 at 5:30pm today. its time to sex the seedlings and the bagseed too. the clones will go on for full flower cycle and hopefully the bagseed will be female. the fat little thing is awesome looking and it stinks so good already. it will stink real bad in flower.

i also rotated the 3 pot setup so the res is in the corner of the tent and the plants are more in the centre now.
