Why do people always think they can do stupid shit and not get fucked with by the cops? If you don't want to get beat down by the 5-0 it's pretty simple. Don't do dumb shit and then try to run or resist the po-po! They usually win so you got a couple of choices; don't do dumb shit which is probably gonna get you caught and then run or resist which is probably gonna get you dead! See how simple that is?

So do I just not when they treat you like a pile of shit..I respect all soldiers ill shake every hand of every vet in the world who has put there life on line for our country.I mean I kno you cant put ur hands ona cop witch id never do.My Dads old lady said he hit her one time I was there the charges giot dropped cause she was lying but anyways the cops came told my dad to put him hands on his head he put them up and they slammed him so hard his glasses cut his face.My dads 51 hes a a correctional officer for 25 years never been arrested for anything ever.Some cops are just made to fight and be badasses

Agreed, cops who abuse their power and condescend others because of their position of authority are scum, who do not in any way deserve to wear a badge.
Unfortunately it is a part of life we have to face and attempt to curtail, but not at the expense of honorable and hard working men/women in law enforcement and all emergency services.
Every country you go to will have corrupt, abusive police, many much much worse than America.

Look man, I don't like the police either. I was a firefighter for almost 15 years and I still got arrested and beat down by a cop once myself. I hated all cops for a long time after that. Fact is they carry guns and are authorized to use them if they feel their life is threatened. They also have fists and nightsticks which can kill you just as quickly as a gun. If you don't want to meet the other end of the nightstick or the other end of the gun then just don't do stupid shit. I was admittedly doing stupid shit when I got arrested but I didn't resist and still got beat down. It's gonna happen but if you can't take an ass whoopin' then just don't do stupid shit to begin with. You can't win against the cops so don't even try. You are more likely to be respected by the cops if you show them a little respect. Just some food for thought.

Unfortunately cops do lie sometimes. And the judge will take the cop's word over yours every single time. That's why it's simply best to not act stupid in the first place. That way you won't be put into a position where you have to deal with the cops thereby giving them the chance to lie. I drive the speed limit, always wear my seatbelt, and I don't carry weed on me or smoke in the car. Not saying I've never done it but I don't anymore because I know what can happen. And I don't like dealing with cops and I really don't like jail. I value my freedom and what's more, I value my life!
