IMHO, Your plant is too green. Its overfertilized and or overwatered. Flush out the soil, and back off the food for a while until the plant comes back healthy. Only water when the soil is dry. Good luck :)

Yeh def nute burn on tips... just pull back a little on worrying abt things... only give it what it needs when u see it needs it. i for themost part just let them live and ignore them or youll go crazy!

No need to flush. just let it be like thewinthunter said leave them alone dont need to go up all on its balls or cooch [hopefully] flushing is getting rid of any excess salt build up in your roots and looks like its going to be overwattering see some droopage so just water when the soil is dry/ can tell when you put your finger in the soil or by the look up the top. or you can also gently lifting the stem if its light then its dry if its not its still good

What are you talking about?? Flushing not only gets rid of excess salt, but it also gets rid of too much fertilizer/nutes. LOL!
