You can use organic pesticides. These products are available in the market. However, determine the components of these organic pesticides before spraying it on your plants since you wouldn't want to smoke chemically induced buds.
You can also use a washing-up liquid and water solution. Just remember to put in as little washing-up liquid as possible in the solution. After spraying your plants with this solution, always make it a point to avoid letting it drip on the soil. Afterwards, you can let it stand for 15 minutes before spraying your plants with clean water.

This together with various manual removal methods can be very helpful to get rid of pests (even those not mentioned here) from your plants. You can do this every other day, but do make it a point to check your plants for pests as often as possible.

I would suggest going to your grow store and buying some Bug Assasin. It's organic and will not hurt your plants. You can also buy what I believe are called "thrip strips." They are blue strips of paper with glue on them. You place them in the grow room and the thrips can't stay away. What ever is on there, they love it. They get stuck and die. I'd suggest using the Bug Assasin spray with the thrips strips. Also, don't forget to spray the underside of your leaves. Good luck to you. I hope you're able kill the little bastards. They're not easy to get rid of, but it can be done.

One more thing I forgot about: they now offer a bug bomb (fogger) that will kill thrips, and is NOT harmful to your plant. maybe try that... And make sure you figure out how your room got infested in the first place and fix that, else you'll just keep having the same problems...

Sulfur burn - i always burn. Ive sulfur burned 100 times. my tent 5x5x7 12 plants - i plug it in, half full and burn 99% sulfur for an hour with a small fan circulating the vapor, no inline fans on or the lights. You can see the vapor with a flashlight. Kills everything dead. Everything. Mold and bugs. Once twice a month as preventative in grow. I also throw 100 clones or so in a separate tent and burn for an hour - just to make sure they are clean before going into a system. The sulfur gets in every little crack, leaf joint and crevice. Doesnt harm plants and bugs/mold cant live in it. Its poison vapor and you dont want to breath it, exhaust fans on after 1 hour. Large rooms may require several hours, however i wouldnt do more than 2 hours, id just burn several times over 2 weeks.
