Small plant flowering

So this is my first grow and i have one plant thats been vegging for almost two weeks now. Its got 4 nodes and im thinking of letting it grow a fifth before i flower it. I only have enough room for it to grow up to 12 inches tall max (super stealth grow).
How much yeild should i be expecting from my small baby?
Will 1 small (prob 10 inches after flowering) plant make a huge smell? Will baking soda cover it?
How long will i probably be flowering it?

That will yield a hell of a lot more than just flowering it when it's tiny and underdeveloped.

Ya that sounds like a good idea, but i kinda dont want too much because of the smell and all (and ya it kills me to want to reduce my yeild) and i just want to keep it simple for my 1st time. Im pretty much doin this for fun and experiance (and a little free bud, hell yea).
 
i did my 1st grow just like this, 5 inches tall, 5 nodes, nl#5
it flowered out to 29 inches, northern lights is one of the squatter strains
so LST is what you need(or something else)

wow thats pretty amazing. should i flower it at 4 nodes then? I know i wont get as much, but this is just for fun and i want to know if it would work. How much should i expect from that?

may not make a differenceespecially if growing from seed
some strains need to veg a while before they will flower, just have that built in to the genes
but it won't hurt to flower sooner
if it's your 1st grow, then smaller is probably better

Im checkin out ur grow. Really awesome. youve convinced me. I just turned of the light and officially started flowering. Do you know if you can LST when flowering?

i just put it in darkness like 15 min ago but i couldnt resist putting a couple pics up so here it is. This wont be a problem right?

that shouldn't hurt, light leaks are your biggest threat
but from now on, just work with her(hopefully) during the light cycle and leave her be during the dark hours
 
The moon light leaks all over outdoor plants all night long. A little bit here and there isn't going to hurt. Doesn't seem to bother any of my plants, anyway.

I just harvested a 12" tall plant that I supercropped to 8" just before it flowered. Check the link in my sig, and the last page, to see what I got.

there does seem to quite a number of different experiences with light leaks
my chamber is good, not perfect, and no troubles there with hermies(yet)
some strains seem to be more likely to have a problem
