im sending my letter right now. im un-aware of what the sentencing is for 1 plant - 99 plants. but im pretty sure its the same here in the northwest.. which is ridiculous either way.. i can make my own beer and wine but i cant grow my own cannabis? fuck that.... make alcohol illegal and legalize pot. end of story.

the bill would make it so all of Canada is under the same punishment. mandatory 1 year for 1 - 199 plants, and if they find evidence of trafficking (a scale or large amount of cash) or a gun then its a mandatory 2 year or more sentence.

as far as the gun goes... does it matter if your legal or not? or does the gun being WITH the drugs automatically make that charge happen. coz i garuntee i keep guns. and EVERYONE else i know that grows ( in my town ) has guns. security is a must. ya know? ill take that risk.. id rather have the cops bust in the door and find my plants and guns then have some crazed gangbangers bust in the door and not have my guns. thats for god damned sure. i hope that law doesnt get passed bro. i really do. its too late for us. but it shouldnt be too late for canada god dammit.

thanks for the support. i could understand wanting security, but for me i am just personal with 4 plants. my dad has cancer so appreciates it. no guns for me.

yeah i didnt just mean for the guns lol. i was just stating a point. i understand where you you stand. its all about the green. and proving that there IS a purpose and a reason why so many support "miss mary jane" our favorite bushy lady, ( pretty much the only bushy lady im willing to put up with) and that purpose goes so much further than just healing.. there are more uses than I can think of offhand (well of course thats evident... i just smoked a joint of some catpiss) but the point is, it helps alot more then it hurts. which is more then we can say for alcohol which doesnt even have a medical use.

In America this proves to be a difficult subject of which our union is poorly divided. Why is the subject of medicinal marijuana usage seeming to be more controversial than the death penalty? Please do the research and I'm sure you will find that this "drug" is far less dangerous than many of the legally obtainable prescription drugs on the market, with far fewer side effects and completely devoid of the risks of addiction. Please think of those suffering from cancers, glaucoma, anxiety and the many other life altering illnesses when making the decision on this bill. Again, please count my vote and oppose Bill C-15, at all costs."
