When to start flowering?

My babies are about 3 1/2 - 4 feet tall. Looking thick and nice, I was thinking of waiting about 2 more weeks then slowly get down to 12/12.When do you start the flowering stage?

flowering can be started any time after 18 inches, your plants are gonna be fucking huge, you could start cutting your lights down by 1 hour every day until you hit 12/12 right now. I wanna see this beast!

I hope you have a tall room cause those will be tall. I go 18-20 inches and they do nicely.
