First time and need help with seedlings

Hi this is my first time growing and I ran into a little problem and would appreciate any advice given to me.Im growing in soil and Im 10 days into it.My plants were growing great at the start and then slowed up for a couple of days.So I raised the smaller plants up a little closer to the florescent lights so that they were in line with the taller ones and that all seamed fine until I went to turn back on the lights today after 6 hours of darkness and some of the plants leafs have
dried out or shriveled up and its not just the ones that I raised also when I look through a magnifying glass at other leafs there seams to be a faint dark blue colour that looks like pen ink that leaked over them.(Its not pen ink only looks like that).While other plants are looking healthy and growing well in the garden .Can any body help me please.

First of all thanks for taking the time to reply to my tread.Im using Hesi soil growing nutrients and I was following the chart that came with it.Im watering them when the soil goes crusty on the top about once a day.Im using compost (sterilized).I havent used paralite in my soil I rushed into it and when I done some studying on growing I realised somethings to late.I took some photos my camera isnt the best so sorry if pictures are bad.The nutrients I was using wer as following

50ml/ TNT COMPLEX mixed with 10L water
50ml/ROOT COMPLEX mixed with 10L water
2 drops of SUPER VIT mixed with 10L water
20ml/POWER ZYME mixed with 10L water
I mixed all this in the same 10 litres of water as the chart says it also says to use this on growth week 1 and 2 then change to a different mix.

pictures 1 and 2 are the same plant just different angles and is the worst out of them.Pictures 3 and 4 are the same plant with the faint blue discolouring but seems to be fine to me other than that.I hope this can help you to help me . Thank you very much
