Nutrient burned...when do i give nutes again?

Hey guys, right now I am doing a stealth grow, 12/12 from seed. This is my second grow. My baby was only like 4 days old, I gave it some nutrients (very weak solution) and it got nute burned.

It is now almost 2 weeks old. When should I give it nutrients again?

No hell no, I'll never use that shite again.. For sure though, I am adding nutes to the water right now
