crop top and flower bottom

can i harvest the top half of my plant (were the buds are bigger) and let the popcorn develop at the bottom half??? there is still loads of growth appearing from the middle down, would it be possible, also still hundreds of leaves left for the flowers food source

do i just cut the stems off with the large buds on at the top and leave the main tall stem or do i just cut in half ??? and will the smaller buds at the bottom get any bigger, sorry for all the questions but i only ever harvested complete plants before then left a few bits of growth and revegg them

You can cut it any way you want, it is up to to decide?

Yes as long as you keep it green and keep your fan leaves on, they are needed to make buds, it will finish the lower buds, they will not get as big as the top buds but they will get bigger

if i let it rippen then chop it, i will have alot of loose popcorn at the bottom so i wanted to try and get them a little bigger, and besides i hate trimmig the popcorn it takes forever and not much smoke from them
