Realy simple just F.I.M them here is how to do it simply seperate the newly forming fan leaves with ur fingers and cut the little nod in the center do this to each cola and give it 2 weeks before doing it agin you can do it over and over again as long as u let it recover for 2 weeks each time.

There are two ways of doing it.
The nice way. Pick a spot on the main stalk and pinch/roll it with your fingers until it softens up. Bend it over 90 degrees. The not so nice way skips softening the stalk first. Either way, the plant will heal and have more bud sites as other branches reach for the light.
I have a plant that I supercropped and two from a friend that he lst'd (low stress training, lots of info if you search). I prefer to supercrop.

the easiest way of all is to look for INDICA strain - something like white rhino as they dont grow tall and they actually are small, short, stocky bushy plants = thats what i wud do my friend

Ya right at the top new leaf growth, trim 80% of those new leaves
