Problems with clones

I have been taking clones from my BC Mango plants and they are very droopy and have a purple stem. The bottom leaves are turning yellow. These are veg. They are in rock wool. The PH is 5. something. They don't have roots yet.

This is what I have heard:
1. It's from using flouros
2.Nutrient deficiency
3. The strain

How long have they been in the rockwool cubes??

You have a clear dome cover over the top to maintain moisture? If not they could be drying out. Do you spritz them with non nuted ph'd water 5 times a day? They can also get droopy from too much light. First few days I use just one or two 100 watt curly tail CFL's for a five plant batch. Started out stonger one time and they wilted up like you described. I have 5 less than a week old as we speak which are looking good. Started giving them a small taste of Alaskan fish immulsion yesterday about 1/4 capful per gallon. They seemed to like it. I have all the CFL's running on them now. Will start weaning the off the moisture dome today.

Its natural fro clones to yellow a bit do not give them nutes it will just delay root production. Do you have the root zone temps 75-80 ? This will aid in root production.

Well, I usually give them the tiniest pinch of flowering nutes when i clone..

And a drop of Superthrive per gallon of water..

And like the other member suggested... warmer temps :)

They love it :)
