Would This Work?!

i am new to growing and im not sure if this will work for my first grow.

I have medibud seeds on the way and Im planning on veging them indoors under a 20/4 cycle and then putting or transplanting them outside to fruit where the cycle would be 16/8-15/9.

Will this work? and will it take about the same amount of time (fruit-harvest) as it would have if i fruited indoors?

18/6 is fine for veg.It takes a lil longer too finish, than indoors.Indoor you switch 12/12 in 1 day,that does'nt happen in nature.

The plants will not flower until the light cycle reaches 12/12...some plants will flower at 13/11 and rarely 14/10.
