By my experience, Attitude has great customer service. Recently, they had a limited time offer going and I made an order and when I tried to pay, the transaction was declined. I talked to the CC company and was told that it was declined because Attitude was considered a "risky" business. After telling them that I would spend my money where I damn well plesed or cut up their card, they agreed that Attitude was OK by them too. By this time the offer had ended and I thought I was shit out of luck. I emailed them and explained what had happened. They responded promptly and told me we could handle it on the phone and gave me the number to call. They even offered to call me to save the charge on my phone bill. I called them and had the deal done in about two minutes. WITH the original freebies included. AND, they even called me back the next day to make sure I was happy with their srvice. In other words, I would not worry about them ripping me off.
