serious heat problems :[

so i got a 600w light, i just used a normal reflector hood cos i figured its winter and i can handle the heat! not, it got to 108* degrees and almost killed everything, I really have no idea how to get the heat out, do i just buy a cool tube and put some ducting on it and a fan to blow the hot air out?? i have no clue, any help would be greatly appreciated, because right now all i have on my little seedlings is a t5 6400k light on them and its ok for now (i think) but i know once they get bigger, im gonna need more power.

Mate you need an isolating fan on all the time this brings the room down 10f then you need to pull some colder air in from outside the room , box this will bring temp down to 80s high 70’s. but to keep humidity down another killer you need to extract the air in their outside to another room then you get something called air flow check my grow diary out shows how to make extraction using computer case fan and mobile phone charger hope this helps note i have 1500w in a 2m square growspace and manage a steady 78 in the day and 72 at night

you need an extraction fan first to get rid of the hot air, aslo a fan to move air around in side. you might even be able to get away with a passive intake.

any suggestions on a good exhaust fan, i forgot to mention i already have a small little fan in there to move the air around so i guess i just need an exhaust for now, if that doesnt work ill have to get an intake fan or something...
