damn i paid 17 dollars for shipping. It should come faster than that. It says standard ground shipping. so shouldnt that be 1-3 days? I ordered my light about 2 hrs ago or longer.

how far do u live from them? 100 miles 300miles? etc usually pretty quick the closer u live the soner u will get it ad they will answer any Q?

i think there stores in Pennsylvania if im correct and im in ohio so......not to far couple hundred miles i guess.

i live in north carolina and the 400 i got from them took 10 days to get here. dont be so damn impatient. they have good prices for the equipment you get and they do have fast service compared to other people. You paid $17 for standard shipping because that ballast is probably 30-35 pounds

the brand of nutes dont really matter.
check out fdd2blck's thread "its all bullshit" it explains more in depth but basically the nute needs to be hig in the nitrogen (?-0-0) content for veg and high in prosperous (0-?-0) for flower. dont use any nutes untill about the 4th node when you start and then use half strength until they get to their 7th node.

Ground is 1-9 days not including weekends.Those htg old magnetic style ballast they sell are heavy little basterds lol.

I am a frequent customer of HTGS. Any problem i have had has been taken care of without questions. I had problems with a ballast and they gave me a loaner 1000w until it was fixed. If thats not good customer service i don't know what is. I'd recommend a visit to the store in cranberry. well worth the drive.

Htg supply has treated me very well. I ahve a 400 hps coming from them and im still waiting but its only been 5 days...I got a 400watthps/mh 400watt hps ballast batwing reflector and two bulbs for 164.00 ohh and they threw in a timer ...shipping was 30.90 so the whole deal was 204.90 I seen their product on e-bay they have an ebay store where u can checkh out ther new items ..mine 400 was brand new. after checking it out i called them up and asked them a few qluestions gave thme my credit card # and now im waiting...my plants are also waiting under 4 65 watt cfls............smoke on..peace

They have some good stuff I still find Maryland Hydroponics has good prices.They usually sell digital switchable ballst for $99 and 600 watt digital switchables for $119.I think they have 1000 watt digital switchables up right now for $169
