I'm baking some green sugar cookies, I used one of those packages that you just add an egg and butter, Got the first pan out, I cooked them twice as long as the instructions said and they are still a bit gooey in the middle. Good news is they are awesome! Course in the process of baking I did have to sample the dough, it's good too. All in all it tastes like a regular sugar cookie. I can taste a hint of greenery in it but the cookie flavor makes it pleasant. Not at all like the lawn trimming flavor of canna buttered toast.
