I use the sticky traps in my grow tent for knats and other flyers.

Looks good! I got 1.19oz (about 33 grams) from my one plant that I germinated from seed (same strain as you). It was my first time out and I used CFLs (42w x 6); in fact, I built my own light fixture following the SeeMoreBuds guide. With your HPS, your production will likely be better than mine.

I just put four new ladies in my tent. I'm gonna try LSTing them this time around.

I am thinking about using reflectors and less bulbs when i hit flowering... looks like really effective. I love the bushyness of your WW.

Heyyy man.. Nice to see ya on here. I used to go through your journal ALLLLL the time. I even went and checked it out the other day to see how yours looked again.. gives me motivation. lol. Your plant came out really nice... And you got a nice yield from it too.

Honestly.. I think YOUR journal was one of the main reasons I ordered White Widow over the other strains I had in mind.

I think I will try those sticky traps for the lil nats.. They piss me off.. They're soo small and soo fast. Hard to kill.
I still dont have my HPS yet.. waitin to see if my school money ever comes... But when it does.. I'm gonna get a 400 watter.. maybe less tho, since I;m only growing a couple plants at a time.. probly 250 would be good, bit I might get the 400 watter just in case I decide to grow more.

in short fat little plants like that i have seen them build resin like that...that could be water from spraying but somehow i doubt it because that little monster is gonna be one resin producing bitch !!

naaaa... its just water.... lol. i WISH i was resin!!

and yeaaa. I did take a clone off her. I never took a clone before.. soo I'm not sure how its gonna go yet. Doesnt look bad so far. But I'll just have to wait and see. And yes, it is feminised seed. And I'm not at my house right now.. but off the top of my head... I think its 199 watts all together. and it's ok.. thee are kinda a lot of pages now.. lol

I had them damn fungus gnats before. I got them on a bag seed mother plant about a year ago. I liked to water my plants a lot (which is what I think caused them. I actually got them again about a month ago when I was germinating seeds..LOL They had babies that looked like maggots, and they eat the tap root and killed my seedlings. You need to water your plants just a little less. Let the top of your soil dry out they don't like that. I also used, and use gnat sticks from HTG. Here is the link; http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct...roductID=49957 Use for non-toxic control of fungus gnats, aphids, plant lice and other small insects infesting house plants. The insects are attracted to the bright yellow sticky traps, where they meet a sticky end. Effective for even the worst infestations of fungus gnats. Use one Gnat Stick for each infested plant and for all other plants in the same room and in nearby rooms. Safe for organic use, contains no pesticides. Each package contains 12 traps.
Be careful with them as they are very sticky. One got stuck to my cat Scotter! LOL and they stick to the leaves of the plant too. Its most important to not over water,, let your plant dry out a little between watering. That's what I been doing and I haven't gotten them since. Good luck man!

Heyyy everyone. It's been a couple days since my last update.. sooo figured I'd let you guys know whats goin on..

I just got home, and the lights are still off, should be on ANY minute tho. But I came home yesterday for like 5 min, and I checked on Mary J and she is looking fucking beautiful!! She grew about 3 inches. I know this because before I left on Friday.. I placed the lights a few inches from her.. I did a lil extra cuz I knew I wouldnt be home till Monday.

Soo when I came in on Sunday.. 2 of the tips were touching the light... But... not bad enough to really do any damage.. lol. I musta came JUST in time!! There might be a tiny bit of dis coloration on the very tip.. but that it.. I will take a bunch of pics today.

I wanted to wait till 2morow to put up pics.. cuz tomorow will be 1 week on 12-12.. but I cant help it... lol

And as far as Mystery. she is growing.. sadly.. she has a VERY weak stem.. I watered her, and she started to fall over.. soo im gonna tie her up. but she isstarting to grow now.. she's one funny (and ugly) looking plant.. but we'll see what she has to offer for buds... =) As long as shes a female...

And.... as far as the clone...... It's pretty much dead.. lol Im almost sure.. oo well.. just sucks tho.. cuz that clone would have grown into a very nice bud.. it was from one of the side colas... im kinda pissed.. Im gonna hold off on taking another clone.. and wait until theres more shoots to take it from.. cuz I AM NOT going to lose another good bud site on a clone tht might not make it.... I will show you her "R.I.P." pics.. lol

** I added another 42 watt bulb in the mix.. and I forgot about the little bulb, So I'm at 222 watts right now.

Strain: Mystery
Day: 11 - Day 6 of Flowering

Strain: White Widow *Clone*
Day: I forget. lol.

**I was gonna toss the clone out.. but I cut off the dead leaves (I cut them off before I took the pic so you can't see them) and put her into a new pot, and am gonna wait a few more days.. and see what happens. =-/

Dont give up on the clone. It looks fine. See if you can make a humidity dome and keep it moist and warm.

nope.. i did not top mystery.. she's just a wierd lookin plant.. lol. kinda ugly lookin. lol. I have nooo idea why it grew so funny?? but oo well.. maybe it will produce good bud. =)

and i am very happy with the way Mary J is growing.. Shes VERY VERY green! and has many many budsites.. and like you said. shes very short and stalky.. I have a couple more lights.. but idk when I can put them.. lol. dont have anymore room. I waited 3 days to water her.. tryna get rid of the gnats.. she was pretty dry.. and took 6 1/2 bottoles of water.. she usually take 5.. and even with 5.. she has alot of excess run out.. but she musta been thirsty!! lol. I got a couple questions... Is it ok to mix nute?? not in the same bottle.. but would it be ok give Mary J 2 bottoels of flowering nutes.. and maybe 1 or 2 bottles of veggin nutes.. not now but maybe later on if the leaves start to yellow?? and the other qusetion... can I start giving Mary J her flowering nutes EVERY watering?? I still have the nutes at a little over 1/2 strength.. and she seems to be handling it fine.. I think I could go full strength.. and she would be ok with it.. but I'm wondering if I NEED to give her the nutes everyother watering.. or if It's safe to do it EVERY watering....??

Yea I plan on just waitin it out with the clone and see what happens.. its very very droopy.. and looks like its dying.. but ill give it some more time.. see if I can bring it back to life.

I'm still waitin to hear from Aaron's.. they said they will call me today to let me know if I got the job... Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.. Im soo fucking nervous!! It would be a driving job.. I forget if i said that or not.. I was told it was sales at 1st.. but then when I talked to the District Manager.. he said I would be delivering things and picking them up.. I think they get more money too?? and Iwould rather do that.. that way I dont have some guy watching me 24-7 tryna see what im doing.. its jusy annoying.. I will let you know as soon as I get the call... wish me luck ma-fuckers!!! lol. =) if i get the job.. my next grow will be much better. =)

Hay your ww is looking badass. I just can't beleave the light setup lol looks kool. And I wouldent give up on the mystery girl I've had plants that looked worse and still pushed out some nice nugs. So have you heard aneything on the job interview. Hope you get it

I think Misty will turn out fine. You see how my lil white widow grew…

I am still learning the feed thing with soil. Right now I feed every other watering. I don’t know but I think it would be good to have a feed of clean water between feedings. I have seen some feed every time. I sometimes do when they are in peak flowering. I just listen to the plant but keep it conservative though. You could try it and see if it works for you.

I mix the veg nutes and then add the flower nutes in the same bottle. When going to flower I use full veg and ½ flower, then next feed full veg and flower, then ½ veg full flower. I will add more veg if I see yellowing.

Are you giving both now? Since you are a week in I would go up to full strength on flower for sure.

Good luck with the job. I would rather be out than stuck in the store with the dweebs…lol

Thanks man.. Idk what I did.. lol. I just grew it like any other plant... just this one came through for me! lol. I really wish I didnt take the clone tho.. cuz that woulda increased my yield by a lot I think.. but oo well.. nothin i can do now. I still think I'll get a decent yield.

It sux tho cuz those fuckin clamp lights never stay straight.. which is why you see tape on a couple. when I hang then from the strings.. then spin side to side. its annoying. lol. and nope havent heard anything from Aaron's yet... =-/ not sure if thats good or bad. 1 good thing tho.. if I dont get it.. I went into Renta Center.. and theyre hiring. they have 1 spot open. and im friends with 2 people who work there, and I just filled out the application this morning.. soo if Aaron's sais no.. I did see hoe ur White Widow grew.. lol. her leaves dont even look like weed plant leaves. lol. idk , its growing all fucked up. lol. but I decided to do the nutes every other watering.. =) Cuz I guess if it wasnt good.. and I was giving her too much.. I would get a buildup and have to flush her.. and I dont wanna have to go thru all that.. I'll just do every other. just to be safe. and no, I'm mot giving her both now.. just flower nutes at a little over 1/2 strength.. and she seems to be fine.
