A few newbie questions about my growing conditions

Hello! Great forum everyone has going on here!

Alright, back to business :)
I have been smoking weed for about 2 years. A couple weeks ago, I was high and threw some seeds in the pot of my lemon tree. To my surprise, they popped up out of the soil in just three days! I want to grow these right, but I have a few limitations. I am going to be growing in a TV cabinet in the basement. I live in Columbus, OH and the basement temperature is probably around 60F-65F. The house was built in 1930, so the basement is really old and well...disgusting. Covered in dust and stuff. Anyways here are my questions.

1. What temperature do I need to keep it at if I want to harvest in no longer than 3 1/2 months. If it needs to be warmer, would a simple heat mat due the trick?
2. What type of fertilizer should I use and how ofter should I fertilize?
3. How often should I water?
4. I plan on using 2 40'' shop lights above the plant, is this enough lighting? Or should I throw in some CFL's?

Thank you in advance for all the help! I am sure I can find answers for #2 and #3 somewhere, so if you do not have time to answer all questions please focus on number 1 and 2. Thanks again!

How big is the tv cabinet?? DOn't need to answer, heres what you need to do. Measure the height of whatever pot or system you are going to use. Add the height for light and vents to the height of the pots and then subtract that from the height of the cabinet. If your in the hole it won't work.

1. What temperature do I need to keep it at if I want to harvest in no longer than 3 1/2 months. If it needs to be warmer, would a simple heat mat due the trick?
In combination with the heat from a light, possibly. For small seedling, a week or two at most Where is the furnace? It could be as easy as knocking a hole in some duct work and installing a register. The ground around a basement is a good insulator and if you take some simple steps towards making it energy efficient it will be easy to heat. Insulate the band board, seal all air leaks etc.

2. What type of fertilizer should I use and how ofter should I fertilize?
You won't need any until your plants are a few weeks old so you have plenty of time to do research and decide on nutrients.
3. How often should I water?
You should only water when the plants need it. Knowing when that is priceless. You could get a moisture meter, then you would know, know. The number one problem for new growers, at least it was for me, is overwatering and the second is underwatering. I'd want to know, know.

4. I plan on using 2 40'' shop lights above the plant, is this enough lighting? Or should I throw in some CFL's?
The floro's will work for small seedling and vegging plants, barely, no more than that. I use them to 'slow grow' my clones. You will want more light then that eventually. You do have a few weeks for research. You should get the blue spectrum bulb, as close to 6500K as you can get where you are. I bought mine at Menards for like $5.00's each.

Welcome to the forum. You have a good start. It seems like you at least know the questions you should be asking. 75 is ideal temp with 50% RH, you may need a dehumidifier in the basement, be sure you have a Hygrometer so you know what the Relative Humidity (RH) is. If you do need one the water it produces is as good as distilled water for your plants.
Please check out SeeMoreBuds new book. Hot sexyMILF has a thread about it. VV

Yeah, there is a furnace in the basement, but I don't really want to mess with it. Its a house we are renting and don't want to skrew anything up.
