yes keep them at a 90 angle because you want as little coverage from your fan leaves as possible over the nodes
all those little leaves along the stem are gonna shoot straight up with flowers when you flip the lights over its the beauty of lsting
next grow id go with good genetics and start lsting from the start and youll have the potential to see some nice profit rolling in

whats your lighting for flowering?
I know your on a budget and shit but if you could spring a 100 to 200
dollars you could see a nice yield at least a zone per plant
and given its seedless (hopefully) you should be gettin a minium of 300 for an oz at least where i come from but westcoast is dirt cheappppp
because with your ambient running that low you would have no problem putting a 400watt or 600watt in there
