What's a mature marijuana plant according to California. Is it a plant over 12", is it a plant starting flowering, is it a plant finished flowering, or is it a plant hung up drying with bud still on it?

I have a normal sized 3.5 feet while she towers at about 2.5 inches. She was started 12/12 from seed and given normal light and nutes and is NOT a lowryder strain.
It was truly a one-hit wonder!

My state says 6 plant limit, and I do abide by that, but I do flower all 6 at the same time. They have 3 mature/3 immature. If any action is ever taken against me, I'll fight it in court, because I'm not OVER my limit, even though I have more than enough medical records to back up my proof of chronic back and hip pain and I could chance growing a few more but I don't. I think Colorado's 6 plant limit is pathetic.

Oregon has a limit of 24 plants, 6 being mature, 18 being immature. That's way better than Colorado. I think the limit and the "mature/immature" guideline is BULLSHIT.

Another thing is, in Colorado the guideline says no more than 2 oz. of herb, that's a joke because I've gotten 2 oz. of herb off of ONE SINGLE PLANT. The state set limits are really bullshit and not realistically doable.

Hey tree I know with colorado when I lived there they said you just leave it hanging and trim 2 ounces as neccessary, it's 2 ounces+ prossessed they don't want. Means a lot of stuff isn't getting cured over there though, so there quality will not be as good as say in california/oregon/washington from a good grower usually but you get your moneys worth at the dispensary's then! Don't know about there prices there never found out, I guess it's high so it sounds like not the place to buy... :leaf:

And dirtnap that seems the most logical as long as your county is not SUPER STRICT. Thanks for saying that. I don't suppose they should consider all the males you have to throw out getting started from seed for a typical grower, I don't think they want to try and prevent a patient from getting the meds they need, they just want things to be very reasonable. There's bad eggs out there that think otherwise though I'm sure.
