1 week old seedling need tlc or not ?

hi new here and to growing i have seedlings two of which have pail coloured bits on the leaves just looking for advice may be nothing but best to have an experianced grower have a look thanks in advance

im growing indoors used jiffy pots/2p sized things that swell in water have just potted in coconut stuff /dried block am using 250w light and ballist light 2.5 feet from seedlings temp 25-27c light on 24hrs 4"exhaust fan

I like to use a 1 10 ratio mixture of fish Emulsion at this stage. I look for at least 0.04% Nitrogen. Any more than this would be too much.

way too young for nutes. a couple of weeks more of no nute. your soil looks like straight dirt?? if so, plant roots will not get enough oxygen. should think about repotting with 1/3 perlite mix.

hi they got up to 29.7c is this enough heat to do damage
