Help flushing +rep. Bio Bizz nutes.

I am growing a Sour D x Cheese called Cheesel and I have only been using MG bone meal for flowering nutes and I am in week 6 of flower. I just got Bio Bizz nutes today, bio bloom, bio grow, bio heaven. I have roughly 3-4 weeks left on the Cheesel. Would it be ok to start feeding my plant 4ml of bio heaven mixed with 8ml of bio bloom in a 2litre container. 12ml is roughly 3 teaspoons. I was going to stop feeding 1 week before harvest and flush for last week.

Also do I need to flush a week if my plant is in a 1 litre pot. If not how long

the amount sounds about right(you may be able to go a little stronger in 2 weeks) i would try to flush for 10 days if you can.

Run a tablespoon of molasses per gallon on the last two weeks of feeding. I think you could even run it with your flush but I haven't done any actual comparissons so Im not going to say for certain about the flush cycle, I do know several growers that do, and swear by it. Do some research and you will find many expert believers and few skeptical non-believers. Only use high quality, made from cane sugar. Not beets. Black strap is what you want. Never use honey or cornsyrup.
Cant say anything about the nutes, as Im not experiences with them, but the molasses before the flush will make em fat n plumpy! Oh and its Organic!

i and friends have been using bio-bizz for a while now and the amount of nutes you are saying sounds fine for a plant at that stage but we all use 15ltr pots and the plants are 4-5ft tall so maybe them amount would be abit high for a 1 ltr pot and small plant?

also we flush for at least 5 days and not that heavy flushing either and the green never taste of no nutes.
