keeper males what to look for???

having only been a clone only guy i have just started messing with seed and want get some of my own seed stock back as to not have to keep buying them and not have to keep a mother going 4ever as i try out new strains. so my ?s r what is it your looking for in a male plant that says it the 1 u want to use to make ur seeds and once having found a keep do you guys clone off of them for the pollen or just take a pollen harvest and save the pollen if u want if for further crossing. thanks ahead for any info

what i do is i look for male with the traits i want and then pair it with a female of the traits i want then then i harvest the pollen in a plastic bag by covering the plant then shaking off the pollen an do the shake and bake pollinate thing...just cover the female with the pollen filled bag...and you get the drift ..
WARNING : if not careful you can fuck up a whole crop easily and makes one hell of a ASS-LOAD of seeds

I just started making my own seeds too. I had 2 male LA Woman x Skunk. I used the male w/ the shortest spacing between the nodes. I used the jar and paintbrush method to pollinate and it worked well. I only had 1 flower that I didnt pollinate get seeded.
