Warehouse Grow

So hypothetically if you were going to start a grow op in a 3,000 sq ft warehouse with 30ft ceilings and around 2000 amps of available power, which grow method would you use. Money for equipment isnt an issue, im currently in possession of 40 1k lights a/c units etc. I already have my plans drawn up from my own commercial experiences but i havent done anything over about 12k watts. I need to use a system to keep the plant count down to keep it legal.

So I just wanted to consult all of the experienced people on riu and possibly get a few ideas on the whole system layout.

I am usally a hydro guy however thats alot of trays and pumps ..

I might consider a soil/drip system to make some monster plants if you need to have low numbers.

Cool position to be in! 3K sq ft grow. 2000A of available power - perfect.

Consult a commercial greenhouse supplier - use commercial benches/trays rather than trying to plumb multiple 4x8 trays, etc. You can have benches made to spec... 3' x 36' etc.

2000A - I would shoot for 72 light op with approx 30 tons of AC (or equivalent cooling)

Rock on! Please keep us posted as you get things going!

RDWC will give you the best yield in a commercial grow, hands down. Google recirculating deep water culture and check out some ideas. I have seen yields of 4 lbs per plant indoors. 12 vertical 1000w lights, 10 plants arranged between the lights in a checkerboard pattern. The system is insanely productive. You'll need to grow trees of high-yielding strains to get over 2 lb per plant, but it can be done with investment of time, money, and effort. Good luck.

So wait, this is legal?
FUCK YEAH!
Not federally. Don't go hog wild and end up in a federal penn. If you're growing more than your state-allowed personal plant count (if you're a "caregiver"), you should have a good attorney on retainer. Possibly a CPA, as well. You can busted just as fast for tax evasion as growing an "illegal" substance. That's how Al Capone was finally brought down...

I'm sure you will get better answers if you let us know what your limit is, and if the limit includes clones and moms.
