I've been super busy, so this review is a little late, but I wanted to make sure Speedy got his feedback.

Pros:

To start with I entered his 10% discount code ("rollitup") which saved me about $20.00 so that was a great way to start a business relationship. Not to mention his prices were pretty fair for what he was offering, not the best... but nothing that needs complaining about.

The product was extremely well packaged and discreet, the order was in great condition when it arrived to its' destination. (THE PACKAGING WAS SO GOOD I CONTACTED SPEEDY ASKING TO POST PICTURES OF HOW WELL IT WAS DONE, BUT OUT OF HIS REQUEST I'M NOT GOING TO... IF YOU WISH TO SEE THEM CONTACT HIM AND ASK HIM TO ALLOW ME TO POST)

Another pro that shouldn't go without mentioning is his communication, whether it be e-mail or RIU PM he is fast with his responses and knowledgeable.

I received FREE SEEDS, don't remember how many... but they were FREE

Cons:

The first con I'm going to mention is what upset me the most about it (I haven't contacted him yet, so give him a fair chance to make up for it/resolve the issue) but when I placed my order if $150 (don't remember the exact dollar amount.. but around $150) was spent I was supposed to receive a free 'novelty pipe' which I never received. (BUT I DID GET MY FREE SEEDS)

After I paid for my order it seems like it took him a little while to ship my item(S) as my "Order Status" sat in "Pending" for about a week.

Shipping took a little over two weeks (15 or 16 days) (I did order on a SAT) ... but when you buy seeds you should expect to wait about 9 - 12 days even though people have been known to get them in under a week.

Summary:

Overall the shipping was a bit s..l...o..w... but I definitely found a seed bank that I'll be using from here on out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPEEDYSEEDZ.COM

There are 13 people employed by attitude, speedyseedz is just me on my own.

I'm getting to the position where I'm going to need to employ someone, which is a very daunting thing, who do you trust with something like this, with peoples details and addresses and the subject matter we are dealing with.

I try to get seeds out as quick as possible, in most cases its a 7-10 day turn around, sometimes it takes a few days longer. I have also seen in some cases that the almighty attitude have taken this long also.


Tracking is available on all orders, after having read the boards on here and how people freak out with the tracking number and how lame the tracking actually is and the amount of time it consumes, I figured that if requested the tracking would be available but I get a fistfull of receipts back from the post office with only the address details to match it up, and the way the system works here, i can't filter users by their address details only order number or order value or account name, so actually sorting out who's is who's would take away from the time that I spend on here giving the levels of customer service that I do.

I apologize that you didn't not get your pipe, i'll send you one tomorrow.

He's got freebies, he listed them somewhere on RIU, from what I can see, they aren't listed on speedyseedz.com, and his prices beat Attitude in most cases.

The tracking code really should be scanned by every postal worker every time it moves, in reality what happens is it gets scanned when it gets to new york and then nothing until it arrives.

So people can see it get to new york and then it stops there for 5 maybe 6 days possibly even longer if your on the west coast. These leads to people thinking all kinds of things about customs having their seeds.

If someone requests the tracking from me then I will give it.

Youre wrong on your first couple of statements.

1. Yes the prices are almost identical, the shipping is where the difference is. Speedy is MUCH cheaper w/ shipping.

2. Speedy does ship w/ free seeds, i dont think they are listed on the website. But people here (including the OP) have got free beans. Theres another post where Speedy tells what the free beans are for this month.

Not trying to be rude, it just seems you didnt read the OP or read much at all about Speedyseedz before you posted.

You obviously didn't read where he gave me free seeds (10 free seeds BTW and a free novelty pipe. Pipes cost about $15-35, and the free seeds..IDK around $50-$100-ish.

Also, how good is attitude's communication? ... I bet it's less than "speedy"

Haha. seriously, tho. Good luck with your employee search, brother. The fact that you do deal with others personal infor mation should be your biggest concern. You really are a good businessman.

The single reason attitude is so successful is they sell individual seeds. Everyone hates their service, they fucking suck but still they are crushing their competition due to selling individuals, this is what the kiddies want.

customer service is the key, fvck free seeds and free pipes and shirts and mugs. I like the way speedy answers your questions, quickly. If you you have any problems or questions, ask him, publicly even, and he will answer, fast.

Living in the USA I've used many seed banks including Attitude, THC, Hemp Depot, seedbay, greenlife seeds, and finally SpeedySeedz.com and they all have been great except (owner/manager Chris at SpeedySeedz). Speedy promotes three free TGA seeds with every pack of TGA seeds ordered. Well, I ordered 4 packs of TGA and they failed to send 9 of the promoted seeds. I have emailed to his admin email that you get when you place an order as well as directly from his website's "contact us" tab so he would be sure to get it. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and have waited a couple of weeks for his response. Due to his refusal to respond to my messages over the two week period I can only surmise that he doesn't care about his customers once he has your money. Chris, I hope you realize that failing to respond and failing to send the promoted seeds is not worth this bad review. BTW, I will be posting this on many boards that I visit to inform as many people as I can about your shady practices... Peace Out KonaIron

Have you tried getting him on his forum? I would say that would be the best way. It does suck you have to work so hard to get his attention but he does offer assistance thru speedyseedz.com top right corner is his help forum.

Good luck and stay calm mistakes happen the dude will fix it from the look of thing from his site.

i wandered from bank to bank and didnt actually think i would get my seeds from any of them, bu settled for speedy.
