Can we stop with the fucking helicopter comments please? ANYONE who has ever planted a seed outside in the last 20 years has thought about helicopters. We dont need people coming by, reading one page and saying oh shit man.. Better watch out for choppers. READ THE WHOLE FUCKING THREAD. So annoying. All these people with no balls to grow anything themselves just want to bring negativity to the thread. Fuck off. 99% of the choppers out there have NOTHING to do with LEO. Plus theyre not looking towards the top of the trees and they are not gonna notice one or even four fucking plants at the top of a pine. Theyre looking for 100 plants. Damn man. STFU

did you only read the first 2 pages? lolI was thinking about doing this, until i remembered there are choppers out there... woah you gotta watch out for those, they might be looking/notice (for) people's weed at the top of a pine. Hell you might even want to put 100+ plants up there, the sun likes to share

Hell yah, I've been waiting to see something like this on here. Heart and soul man, you got it. I had a friend in highschool who did this at his parents house, but it was only one plant, the tree was probably fifty feet at most, and he built a platform for it to sit on. I haven't gotten through this post yet, but his turned out good. It got REALLY BIG.
I have two homes, one in a suburb where I probably could have a few plants in view of the neighbors and family but it's probably better not to so I have a trial one on the roof in a spot that is almost perfect.
There is VERY old growth all around the house that makes it impossible for any neighbors to see it and yet allows it tons of sun, and only the moon and stars can hit it at night.
The only problem is that houses emit a ton of heat and I put this girl up there when she was already all stressed out after my first grow attempt went bad. She was the strongest though, and is looking much better lately, showng signs of flowers.
So now I plan to put between 2 and 5 more there once it gets a bit cooler there.
I'm subscribing to this for sure.

I think (might just be a bit stoned) he was referring to the dude above. Unless you're using online sarcasm, which in that case...carry on.
Anyways, I have to say. I just read this thread from page 1, post 1 - to page 32 post...2? And this was one of the most entertaining and epic grows I have ever seen. You have inspired me to go tree hunting as you have many others. Its almost the perfect solution for me as there are many many trees around me, but the ground is very open and a dope plant would stand out like a sore thumb.
Oh and about the pump discussion. I think it would be a good idea, remember, the tubes (which can be clear) dont need to come right to the ground, leave them tied to a branch 10 feet up, untie them when you need to water, re-tie once complete. 10 ft vs 75ft? But one problem with the pump is...unless you know of any outlets in the forest, how do you get power to it? Would those backup battery powered fish pumps have enough balls to get the water up there?
Anyways, just wanted to say props and I hope we see another V2 grow from you real soon.

Good idea bro. The extra sun should be amazing for the plants and this is sum outside the box thinking shit, but I don't think it would be worth it... I mean it would be a pain in the ass to just climb up there everytime u wanna water/check ur plants. Idk bout storms and if ur ladies will survive, and I don't even wanna think about transplanting those things to bigger pots. Other than that ur good tho, those plants will be kinda hard to find cuz people don't usually look on top of trees for trees if u kno wat I mean. U have also eliminated the risk of sum1 stealing ur shit, cuz they'd havta climb a damn tree to get it. Growing up, a buddy of mine had a treehouse from his child hood and he decided to take the roof off and grow pot in ther. Now that was great, those plants were monsters. Wen storms wer coming, he used to use saran wrap and makea clear roof over the plants.
