yo whats goin on rollitup im new to growing and I think im running into some problems. I have a set up in my closet, im usining a 65watt, with only 5 plants growing and my seedlings are no more than a week old. at first they were growing good and they looked strong i would check on them every so hours and water 3 times a day if nessesary. but just recently im noticing that my plants are starting to droop and i dont know what to do? i tryed putting a bit more soil to support it but continues to droop! any suggestions

Do some research b4 growing mate, Watering soil 3 times a day is severly overwatering, you shud be watering every 2-3 days. 65 watts isnt gonna be enough for 5 plants, it might be now but in another week or so you will need to double or triple your lighting, preferably 50 watts per plant.

your watering way to much. thats the problem. You have a 65w cfl? you didnt specify.(i really hope you are, lol, incandesent lights are worthless for growing pretty much.) how far from the plants is the light? You are going to need alot more light, i'd say at least approx 10,000 lumens a square foot. what color spectrum is the bulb? what size container are they in? whats your ph? how hot and cold does your grow area get? how well is it ventilated? have any pics?

yea its cfl i put a pic up but i raised the light to get a better pic and i put it at 6-10 in from the top. umm im guessing the spectrum is a normal one because i know that you need a blue spectrum at 400watt to budd! the containers are around 4w by 6h. the area is room temp no less no more. the ph is between 6-7 i wanna say 6.7

those are horribley stretched. that light should be an 1 or 2 away tops!(i keep mine centimeters away). your plants look really bad bro(no offense), I'd start over my friend. you need to have a fan in there blowing on the plants gently to strengthen the stems. the color spectrum doesnt have a *normal* color. lol. what does the bulb say the kelvins are? use a mixed spectrum. not just one, and you mixed them up if you were going to use just one. you want mostly daylight bulbs(6500k, blue spectrum) for vegging and mostly soft white(2700k,red spectrum) for flowering.

look into foxfarm, or advanced nutrients. you should also get yourself some good foxfarm soil for when you re-start the grow. those seedling are not even close to being worth keeping them alive imo. in a week you should be on at least node 3 or 4. your on 1 still......

for sure bud. Just get some nutes and some more light i would say about 90W per plant AT LEAST and you will be gold. Keep us updated on the next grow. GL NOSO.
