I've got a little bubble kit from SH and it's getting close to harvest time... I'm assuming I should empty the water/nutes in the reservoir now and replace it with clean water (no nutes) which will flush nutrients and whatnot out of the plants so everything tastes good, correct?
The reason I ask is that I've seen some sites say I should get some flushing fluid stuff (I saw it at the local hydro supply store, too) that I add to the water in place of nutes, but others say just plain clean water will work fine. I can't find a whole lot of info in the forums either (I've found things that specifically say they will cover flushing, but don't). I'm also guessing this same practice should be done with hydroponic kits (i.e. with a waterfarm drip kit)?
Thanks in advance
