I think it all depends on when you first joined the site. If you been on here a year or less and have 2000 post counts, i think its safe to say that you have no life or no friends. Like someone who has almost 7500 post, but only been a member for a little over a year. Or someone who has been on here for 5 months and have almost 3500 post. I've got my own shit figured out just fine so I don't really spend time in other parts of the site. Because of my job and social life I'm forced to smoke alone and keep that aspect of my life to my self. So hanging out in "toke & talk" for me is kind of like old times when I could get high with a couple of friends and just talk about the stupid shit that comes to mind when you're fucked up.

It looks to me like there are members here that have been members for a very long time but have a somewhat low post count. I think these types are just carefull about what they communicate and only post when they feel strongly about the subject at hand.
Those members that have a short time membership yet have lots of posts are likely the same kind of people that we all bitch about for using a joint as a talking stick. They have a lot to say and they by god wanna say it. What's wrong with that?

And then there are those long timers with lots of posts. These guys and gals should be considered the big brothers and sisters of the site and without them and people like them these types of forums would wither and die.

And for what it's worth..... gogrow1234 and westham are in my opinion the same person. The language, spelling and sentence structure are undeniably coming from the same halfwit brain. Just my two cents on that.

If you actually spent any time on the site getting to know some of the people on here you would know that many have serious medical conditions and are not able to get out and about much, let alone able to work, ever thought that's why their post count is high ?

Conversely, there are new members who are veteran growers.

Post count does not necessarily reflect expertise.

One thing I would point out is this is a running forum. As such, a member may have made an incorrect remark years ago as a new grower and learned from it, yet that remark lives on and is resurrected every time someone activates that particular thread.

Many of us are here to learn and share. Mistakes come with the territory when one is learning.

The Weed Barons are the worst. Clowns who give the impression they know everything, but have never produced a harvest. To a seasoned grower, they are easy to spot because their advice is often hilariously wrong. But novices should watch out for them.
