hey bishop how u finding the ionic because I changed from that to canna an am really impressed with canna as for ionic the buds seem to be a bit stringy an the taste isn't as sweet to me I grow in coco hand feeding but everyone I no has done the change over an not looked bck even the fella in the hydro shop said ionics isn't that gud an he stock most nutes including ionic it seems to do well in veg then let's it self down in flower just want to no ur views on it? Peace

Hi m8....just thinking that myself and have decieded to go down the canna route as soon as these ionic nutes are used up...wt we have noticed is that we need to be on max feed with them and we also dropped a bollock by not adding enough boost thr the grow so we have slowly started to buy the fox farm range.. we now have beastie bloom which we have started them on at just short of week 3 and we have got cha ching for abt week 6 onwards we are not using these stand alone but a lower amount and our normall nutes.....when these ionic nutes are used m8 we most defo gonna get canna but we gonna keep using the hydroton balls for a little longer then switch to coco and not use the flood and drain setup we have at the moment gonna post some pics on friday which will be 3 weeks an a day and the buds are lookin so nice much better than our last 2 mothers..... peace

Ur at the same stage as me ur a bit ahead a think but my buds are looking create frosty an rapid growth but noticed yesterday av got Symphilids so added some tabacco juice to the medium thought I was loosing fan leaves because of heat but no these little bastards are killing them went up 20 min after putting the juice in and the little fuckers was running for there lives lol so that seems to work I just dnt won't to get home an find out my plants are dead aswell!

hi guys quick update with just a few pics to show where we at

we got 6 in 1 tray about 3 weeks into flower

8 in the other about a week in

they looking better. weve kept the size down and managed to stop em stretching this time and we got nice healthy fan leaves with no red veins

last 2 attempts we were starving em of p&k and giving em too much n

3rd time lucky eh as now we understand what nutes need using when

were really having to dose up the ionic boost to feed these biotches but they lookin better than any of our earlier 1s
did at this point

1 more week then they go on CHAAA CHIIING

another update for yazand some bud porn but they only small at moment .....the beastie bloom is workin its magic its been on a small dose for a few days an today we have give it a healthy dosage and after there first feed i swear they were growin bigger as i was watchin lol.... our 8 clones in tray 2 are just over a week into flower now and we have now introduced the boost as we wanted them to grow a little first.... we have taken another load of clones abt 16 and we have 3 which have been in veg for a little while and are abt 8 inches...

hi m8....at the moment we have 6 in tray 1 and 8 in tray 2........ tray 1 are at week 3 and tray 2 are at just over a week .....wanted to stagger the flowering a bit longer but with the small probs we have had this is the way it is workin at the moment..... so when we crop tray 1 after another 2 weeks we crop tray 2 ...thats the plan at the moment lol ...we also plan to veg them a little longer aswell before we put into flower maybe abt 12-15 inches instead of 9-12....maybe a little taller if we can

you could always do a lil bit more taining when in veg to increase yield and keeping short lil bushes i've been doing this to keep the ones i got in veg at reasonable height for my setup lost like 1 1/2 feet head room in flower when i switched to earth boxs and since your in a tray kinda similar setups prob doing same thing trying keep em 2-4 feet when finished

hi m8 yes the height is very limited we have 6ft but with our lights and flood an drain table we loose almost 2 feet so we have 4ft to work with......and most definatly gonna try to veg them alot longer so as when we put into flower we can go on full nutes straight away and start them buddin

we put the 6 on beastie bloomz now as we getting curling and dark green on the new growth so gonna take them of (N) for a while as this is where we where goin wrong with our nutes before and starved em of (P)(K).

still got some rams horns any 1 know for sure whats causing this ? .its not the beastie as weve only just gone on it( 2nd night) to try and stop it .starting to look better though and getting frosty

another quick update and lots of pics.... so another change of water and nutes to both trays...tray 1 is now on beastie bloom alone and they seem to be loving it 0.50.30 tray 2 we have now reduced the ionic bloom to 0.50 ec and on max ionic boost which will be added every other day... the clones in the veggin room are almost all rooted now and will be tranfered into 3" cubes and there beddin box over the weekend (need to go shoppin agn) ...they will stay in veg for another 6 - 8 weeks so should have some nice healthy ladies to put into flower also thinking of putting our mother into flower and using 1 off our clones as another mother... the plant in the green beddin box alone in pics..is this a good idea or should we just germ another seed and grow 1 from them ..we have another 5 fem seeds startin to look very busy in the room now

lookin good !!what are you using for cloning gel liquid ???
we have such a similar setup its the same but different but urs is hydro mine soil i think im a week or two behind you flowering

was adding a little nitrozyme to the spray before but not bothered this time as the mother was well juiced up..
we always bring the heat up while there in the props and the roots always pop on day 7. otherwise it takes longer

in pic 14 last post you cant see the trays...1s to the left are 2 weeks in .on the right @ 4 weeks and on beastie

ahh yeah i got confused as it say 8-10 on yer journal m8

our trays about 1200mm x 600mm each so should fit 10 a tray if we dont grow em too bushy but we see how they go
