7 and it does go by the last 24hrs not the day. i wonder if # of posts can effect that like how people w/lots of posts give out more points when they +rep someone.

I try to +rep a couple of riu'ers as often as I can who have made it a point to neg rep ...my way of saying "spread love, not misery"

I've only seen neg rep used for someone being in complete opposition to others "personal" beliefs.
If those neg reps were going to put me in the deep depressed state they wish it to, why do I keep coming back for more?

Even if I could neg rep, I don't think I'd be using it.:-D
